Tonight I drove through the streets of my hometown. As the trees passed, lit golden by the street lamps, the whole place came suddenly into focus. I saw that the town had never meant to harm me. It was a place built by people with good intentions and very few resources, and it had only ever meant me well. For the first time, I felt it could be beautiful.
I got my wand on pottermore.
Sycamore and unicorn 13 and 3/4 inches, slightly springy.
I am way too excited.
